Dear Governing Official,

As featured by CNBC, Former Congressman and 2020 Presidential Candidate John Delaney has called for a special payout of $1,500 reserved only for citizens who accept a COVID-19 vaccine.  This is a coercive attempt to achieve immunization through a "cash for compliance" scheme and is an abusive use of the public's money.  We strongly oppose these manipulative machinations as they undermine the equal treatment of American citizens under the law.  Government should never coerce citizens to put something in their bodies against their better judgment, even if done with good intentions and in the name of science.  We must remember, in words attributed to U.S. President Ford, "A government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take from you everything you have."  The law of the land is the U.S. Constitution which guarantees civil and religious liberties for every citizen.  As a governing official, you entered into public office by taking an oath to defend and protect our Constitution.  Please defend my civil and religious liberties to make my own medical decisions.
